      It's a great environment! Fast moving, you can be yourself, hard working but feel satisfied at the end of each day., Opportunity that is not based on years experience but on results you produce and how effective you are. Really a unique culture!

      Cons

      It's so fast moving some people can get lost in it and it may not be the right place for them.
