None unfortunately. ''Benefits'' only provided as a distraction.

Cons

Team leaders and management are very disconnected. Adults are threated like children in a day care centre. Company fired employees illegally. Stressful environment with no breaks in between calls. No time to check updates. They overwork you. Can't even take a toilet break. Schedules do not make sense and often get to work 6 days in a row with 1 rest day. Management is not clear and not transparent. Micromanagement galore.
