Thanks for leaving a review & I see you’ve been with us 5 years+, so thanks also for everything you’ve put in! Being the most diverse place, most of us have ever worked at – I hope you can see how much diversity and inclusivity, genuinely matters to our business. We remain unapologetic about it and will continue to be. On your callout regarding the leadership team, I’ll pass the feedback on about micro managing & want to say that whenever we recruit for that, or any part of our teams we go to lengths way beyond most other businesses to attract and find a diverse pool of candidates, but as you can respect, we also look to appoint the very best candidate based on their expertise and track record, irrespective of anything else.
