7yHello, I see that you worked with us for over 3 years and am sorry that you left feeling this way. I appreciate your nod to our People Team, who care, Mental health is a serious topic, and an area where we have invested a lot of time and money. We have Mental Health First Aiders across the business, who along with our Ethics Ambassadors are available to all colleagues. We offer workshops on topics such as stress management and resilience. We also offer a full access to our Employee Assistance programme, Life Works for all colleagues should they want to talk to professionals outside of our business. Plus we work with Port of Call for any colleagues who are struggling with addiction. In fact we do so much in this area I'm not aware of many businesses that offer their colleagues more. I’d be happy to listen to the other issues you raise, I take these claims seriously and trust you’ll understand when I dispute a general comment such as “wages are never correct” this is not the case; as I said, feel free to reach out to me, if you want to pick this up.
