Pros

Cooked lunch, fruits, multicultural team

Cons

Their customer service department is becoming a factory - chaotic, focused on numbers and not on quality of service, the employees are not feeling valued, it's very hard to get holidays (nearly impossible on smaller language lines), the communication and transparency are really big problems and it's incredibly hard to be promoted, as for this you need to work very hard in your spare time and to get well with people from the management.
