8yHi and thanks for your review. I am delighted that you think we are the best place that you've worked that means a lot, thank you. As you will be aware, we are constantly reviewing our pay and benefits package and have just completed our annual pay review process (I'm not sure when you left us). This I'm sure will never give everyone the salary they "want" as I've never seen a pay structure that does, plus that is one sure fire way of ruining a business! However, we are constantly bench-marking and making package improvements where ever we can in a way that is sensible and affordable.
With regards to progression opportunities I think it is fair to say, we have not done a good enough job of shouting about the colleagues who do progress within the business, last year it was more than 250 people. However, I'm guessing that this was a reason (in part at least, why you moved on), I hope that you discussed this with your manager before you left. The other thing I would say is that our recent integration with Booking.com has created a much bigger world of opportunity even beyond what we had already.
