8yHi and thanks for your review although I am clearly disappointed with your feedback, all feedback is genuinely welcome and is reviewed by the Leadership Team once a month so really thanks. There's not much to add really other than to say, yes we do have some old systems, show me a tech company that doesn't and I'll show you a brand new start up. Having said that, what we do have is a robust plan to deal with that and that plan is being implemented. I'm also not sure when you were with us but our recruitment process is now very open about the positives and challenges from a tech perspective. I am sorry that we were not the right company for you, that is not how we want anyone to feel but I wish you well and hope you have found somewhere that you really enjoy - cheers Ryan
