As for your other concerns, we know we've been growing very quickly and this has put higher demands on our customer service agents and processes. We are working to address this. Please be ensured that every report via our internal official channels are 100% investigated, if investigated cases are substantiated, actions will be taken. However, outcome of these are not externally communicated as they are confidential and personal.
