Hiya, You are right, we love being different is our number one value and we really do live up to that, it makes us really special. You are also right that everyone of us would like to earn more 😄. Can't promise specifics on here as I'm sure you'd understand but I can say the following. Where are you likely to do better in terms of pay, opportunities, development and benefits?
