      Pros

      Cultural environment with some great people from all over. Varied workload and good location to get to within a city centre, management can be rather flexible and the on site canteen food is lovely.

      Cons

      Benefits are ok but could be improved a little and salary could be better for the work

      Hi thanks for your review and rating. We have made big moves forward over the last 3 years with our pay and benefits. Having said that, this is an area that we constantly need to keep under review. I'm not sure which part of the business you work in but I can promise we are looking at this all the time.
