- Great for a first-time job at a multinational company - Very good for starting your career in hospitality - Great atmosphere with young colleagues from all over the world - Good salary and benefits

Cons

- Not healthy to keep this kind of job for more than 1.5 years. It's very bad for your mental health. - Depending on the location, the development opportunities can be limited
