Great work life balance - User Experience/UI Designer Booking.com Employee Review

Hi and thank you for your review.. I'm clearly a little disappointed by your "Cons" comments. We have some amazing people here, both long serving and new. One of the benefits of a rapidly growing company is the ability to balance people who have significantly helped build the business over years with new people who may bring different thinking. Of course not everyone is perfect and it sounds like you may have had some specific concerns. It is hard for me to comment not knowing the specifics of your situation. With regards to the ambition of the company, we are currently reviewing our priorities and road maps for 2017 and I can guarantee that lack of ambition is not a problem for us at the moment :-). I agree with your positive comments and would like to thank you for your contribution to our business and wish you every success for the future. Thank you Ryan
