9yHi, apologies for the delay in responding to this review, I have just come across it so I must have missed it somehow, I am sorry. I am also sorry about the comments that you have made relating to how you feel about your time at Rentalcars.com. Clearly, I find this concerning. Over all I do not recognise the situation that you describe. The feedback from our survey Your Voice does not reflect this either and we are working hard to become a truly amazing place to work. However, you clearly have some concerns, and some specific issues. If you have not done so already, I would encourage to contact me or a member of the people team so that we can discuss these in more detail. I would like to learn more Ryan
