Hi and thanks as always for your review. We really do appreciate all feedback. You clearly have some strong views on Agile and whilst I would not say that "overkill" is an adjective I recognise, I would encourage you to discuss your concerns with your manager or another member of the team or the people team. Ironically, one of the positive things people often cite about entrepreneurial businesses is their agility. Our job is to remain as fleet of foot as possible in a rapidly growing business of +1200 colleagues. Our recent restructure is all about this. As I hope you have recently heard we are advanced in our plans for renewing our platforms and old systems but this will take time and careful planning. Many businesses have come a cropper in this area so we need to get it right, Thanks again Ryan
