Covid-19 vaccine mandate- stay away just for this
BCAA IS staff did have every second Friday off for 20+ years but in the name of fairness they turfed it. Sorry, people would rather have an extra day off then work 45 minutes less a day.
IS staff worked from home for 2 years with no issues, management decided to force everyone back into the office on the days and times they say! Talk about going backwards,
These Policy shifts forced many people in our specialized positions to run to better companies offering remote work, more pay and flexible days off. This made it very difficult to do our work as there was never anyone to turn to for help if there was a problem with the product.
They have the same bureaucratic issues facing other companies trying to retain top talent and I don’t think they have what it takes to change.
Too many platforms that do the same exact thing. Just pick the best one and get rid of the others
Not enough parking at the head office some staff will have to walk 5-10 minutes.
