Pros
BAE has name recognition and above average salaries. It provides above average perks like stocked kitchens, and fair travel policies.
Cons
The management seems to have difficulty in seeing the longterm picture. Perhaps their bonuses are tied to closely to near term goals. In many divisions, non-Brits need not apply. This is a British company through and through - it is certainly not a "global" one.
