      Pros

      There are some great people here and HR is committed to Spectrum and Belonging (for now).

      Cons

      Used to be a great place to work, but ever since the new CEO came in and jumped fully into bed with Amazon it has been spiraling downwards. Culture is shifting negatively to no longer care about us as humans, we're becoming just more cogs in the Amazon machine. Negative cultural trends combined with the ludicrous RTO5 have all the best people leaving, including myself currently looking....

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Good product.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
