This company activates caring...there is not a day I go to bed or get up in the morning that I worry about going to work the next day and get beaten down by a difficult boss. I work really hard and contribute to a product that I am incredibly proud of. The company also puts its money where its mouth is by investing in rebuilding the Newark community we live and work in. ON the flip side, when I see employees leaving - either on their own decision or because of a reorg or something, they seem to be treated fairly. For me, working for Audible - has been a rewarding part of my career journey. Lately, the company has been very productive pushing out updates for our product that has been rewarding to see both as an employee and customer.
