The location in Newark is favorable whether you're native to New Jersey or reside in New York. The free lunch was subpar but who can be upset with free? Every day is dress down day, which is great for helping to channel creativity and a relaxed environment.
Cons
Benefits are a joke. It should also be noted the stark difference between the negative reviews and positive reviews on this company. Human Resources was anything but human and management was petty, micro-managerial and it was a very apparent high school, cliquish mentality. Forget about advancing to another position or even exploring the option. There is no clear path to growth and success because they already have "their people" in mind. No transparency, no candor which creates an artificial environment that makes it difficult to work on the wonderful projects the company boasts. Stay away.
