      Pros

      Audible has a great culture. Everyone interacts well with each other and people have a true collaborative attitude. I enjoy the fast paced environment. Schedules are pretty flexible and employees can work from home if necessary. Free lunch is great for full time employees.

      Cons

      Projects can take awhile to be completed- many steps have to take place before something can "get done". Contractors may feel left out and not part of the collaborative spirit at times. There can be a disconnect between Audible offices at times.

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Good product.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
