1. Location is not ideal. Even though they provide shuttle service from the path station, the location is just not safe. I've seen people getting into fights with blood all over at the station and heard female co-workers being harassed at the station.
2. Managers play favoritism a lot. Be aware of the team you're joining. There are still some good teams and good managers. Not many though.
3. The management has no concern for the employee but only for what's beneficial to themselves.
4. Constant re-org. Lots of politics. You might be surprised.
5. HR team is the worst I've ever seen. A lot of them are not doing their job properly.
