      Pros

      Free catered lunch every day. Mondays from a local restaurant. Fridays Salad day. Happy hour on Fridays. Lunch-out one day a week. Used to be an Amazon Money Cow.

      Cons

      Way too many bosses. The chain of command is way too long. No clear path to improve on the current product.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
