      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere, amazing benefits (education compensation, daily free lunch, free parking or commuter stipend, stocked coffee and snack bars, Friday happy hour, free concert and event tickets, Newark 250 - rent/own stipend), room for growth and learning, convenient location, nearby park, across the street from train station, competitive pay! A thriving company not even at the peak of popularity.

      Cons

      I don't have any downsides to working at Audible. Definitely beats any alternative!

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      Cons

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
