Management sets bad precedence with work expectations, including mandatory OT after PTO and/or working while on PTO Top heavy in almost all departments No chance to advance your career Titles are a scam, Director and VP titles are handed out like candy! And NO ONE Works! You may have manager in your title but have 0 reports. Everyone is alwaysed backed up and missing deadlines asking for exceptions! Low morale from over worked under appreciated employees. You will get trapped in a position if you don't become buddy buddy with the right manager.
