      Inspiring CEO, flexible working hour, happy hour

      Cons

      Passive aggressive and discriminative treatment from managers and their butt kissers if you are a contractor. You have to do the actual works to get it done for the projects but they never give you any credit. Too many meaningless meetings in order for managers to look just "smart". Contractors are their scapegoats in case the projects ever fails.

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Good product.

      Pros

      Audible is an Amazon company. I think as a whole, this company attracts people who are kind and fun spirited. Some who come from other big tech companies may think us as nerdy or quiet but I think it’s the lack of toxic compatibility that you tend to see at those other companies. I purely enjoy working with my colleagues and the work that I do, which I can hardly say about the other big tech companies I worked at. Free lunch and commuter/parking benefit

      5-day RTO. The headquarter is in Newark, NJ. The commute can be hard for some.
