If you have good ideas, you can find support no matter where you are in the organization. If you don’t bust your backside you won’t do well. Humble people overall, even in senior management roles.
Cons
Work-life balance clearly not a priority, you’re in AZ to achieve things you can’t in other places. HR is weak, at all levels.
