Some older people resisting change and being a blocker to moving forward faster. You have to politically astute as in any larger org to be able to progress , if we only go about doing our job and didn't have a clue , you can be stuck forever in the same position.. Too many managers .. unnecessary meeting culture..waste of time and energy all those weekly meetings .. when talking about agility , meetings need to called for only when needed , not just have for the heck of it ..
