Pros

Getting off at 1 on Fridays. They try and develop you. Quite interesting job. Site is quite nice and they have lot of positive events on.

Cons

Work you to the bone, there barely a day where you are not overworked and frankly I've always thought I don't get paid enough for what a do. The way the higher ups try and stop anyone doing overtime is a joke when we have a CEO who get a 17 milllion bonus. Having to justify overtime is bad. Get thrown into things you didn't agree to happens a lot. Progression is very bad, you're better gettting experience here and leaving for somewhere that has better progression. Being talked down to by other staff happens. They say they treat temps well but they really don't care about them. Management are absent a lot. Management don't care about their own internal workers and will rather hire outside of the company. There is no benefits for temps at all.

Pros

The page is friendly to make an application.

Cons

As an experienced healthcare analytics and commercial leader, I applied to 104 U.S.-based positions at AstraZeneca between 2025 and 2026 that closely matched my background. Despite receiving interviews from peer organizations, I did not receive a single recruiter interaction. I fully understand the competitiveness of hiring, but such a complete lack of engagement raises questions about potential overreliance on AI screening or unintended bias.
