Pros
Good pay and rewards with good opportunities for development . Decent amount of autonomy (if you have the right boss) given with modern offices . Excellent use of technology and a good inclusive / diverse culture .
Cons
Reluctantly gave in to hybrid working but it feels like it isn’t liked by the senior leaders - felt like a step backwards after COVID . Very corporate , alot of time wasted with people telling “their story” for their function rather than just moving forward at pace, resulting in endless PowerPoint presentations. Many roles moved to low cost locations with many issues as a result such as language barriers and finding the right skill set , results in Senior staff having to step in and do work which should be done at a more junior level .
