      What a pleasure to work with grownups who are not susceptible to rants, demeaning lectures, and a whole lot of time and effort put toward futile drills and presentations and layers and layers of meaningless processes. Flexible with time, and a focus on getting the work done.

      Cons

      Coming in to the office 3x weekly is a waste of time, money, and carbon emissions when your team is global.

Despite receiving interviews from peer organizations, I did not receive a single recruiter interaction. I fully understand the competitiveness of hiring, but such a complete lack of engagement raises questions about potential overreliance on AI screening or unintended bias.
