Colleagues are amazing, work is varied and lots of exposure to other functions/geographies.
Cons
Flexible work policy in name only; employees have been told they must RTW five days a week. If you want an FWA, it must be approved by a member of senior leadership and the HRVP. No rationale for this decision except “because we said so.”
