Cons
Stressful too much work and too little time . So much time needed to “align” due to the defragmented set up of the company . Has the most complex Finance operating model I have ever come across - which again means lots of hours moving wooden dollars around the company rather than doing proper finance business partnering and commercial evaluation. Very difficult to get development opportunities outside your immediate finance area - people stay in jobs for years so few opportunities and hard to move internally , probably easier to move externally .
