      Pros

      First time working somewhere where it feels like Apple wants to push me forward. I don’t feel held back at all. If you want it and are willing to work for it, you’ll get there and with great pay too!

      Cons

      At the end of the day, Apple is a massive company and very competitive. Leadership for the most part is great but you’re also one out of thousands and your feedback is not going to get as much attention and won’t have as much weight as when you’re in a small company.

      Managers can sometimes be a a little much but they are very kind and friendly.

      Cons

      ZERO ZERO ZERO work/life balance. Execs have been saying for YEARS that they understand and will make it better. But in actuality, it gets worse every year! It is obviously top management LIP SERVICE because if they meant it, they could fix it tomorrow. They have hundreds of BILLIONS in the bank. If they REALLY cared about employee work/life balance, they could bring aboard the right number of folks to make that issue dissolve. Sick of hearing the lies. Just don't lie about wanting to fix it, when they clearly DON'T care
