Pros
Apple is an amazing Company to work for. Some roles in the Company may involve repetitive work. However huge efforts are made for you to gain experiences in Management, Mentoring, Project Work and much more. The culture is good and is what you would expect of a big innovative Company.
Cons
Senior Leadership don't value all employees equally. Apple has a Remote Worker community and that community are forgotten and this Community are blocked from promotions in the Company unless they move to Cork and lets face it in a housing crisis and cost of living crisis is a big ask. Also Senior Leadership are completely disconnected from the employees and they dont see to understand what actual leadership is.
