Mental health issues are rampant at AppleCare because of the blatant, persistent and endless narcissistic abuse workers go through, especially those working on the phone, but HR and the company doctors are all part of the game and feel they are above policies, laws or basic human decency. Also, the cunning but relatively large French and the LGBT communities within Apple Cork are like little inside-mafias who enjoy climbing the ladder and get a good slice of the cake through deceit and toxic manipulation at the expense of those who actually know how to do the job.
