Pros

Benefits & discounts Semi flexible hours No overtime I can’t Think of anything Else

Cons

Embarrassingly low salary Says that relocation expenses are complementary but states in contract you have to work it off for a certain amount of time. Pro rata Extremely repetitive job. Mentioning it in the initial interview doesn’t even begin to explain how repetitive. Team leaders and managers are not much help. Takes forever to get answers so be aware to have to ask multiple times, Unpaid days off is not allowed. So if you don’t have vacation days then you don’t have much of an option. You have to work on the work page itself for a fixed amount of time. Mandatory meetings and trainings are not included in this time frame and makes it difficult to meet your goals. And makes you feel extremely bound to work. As in no free thinking at all. Make sure to time your bathroom break. No way to track this time so you must do it yourself and if you don’t manage it, that’s on you.

Pros

We work with geniuses - in every department, We create innovative products that thrill our customers and create new product categories - who else can say that?

Cons

ZERO ZERO ZERO work/life balance. Execs have been saying for YEARS that they understand and will make it better. But in actuality, it gets worse every year! It is obviously top management LIP SERVICE because if they meant it, they could fix it tomorrow. They have hundreds of BILLIONS in the bank. If they REALLY cared about employee work/life balance, they could bring aboard the right number of folks to make that issue dissolve. Sick of hearing the lies. Just don't lie about wanting to fix it, when they clearly DON'T care
