Pros
(In europe) nice hours, wages are not bad, although it is a HUGE complany they really do try to see and value every person (I was surprised too...). Especially the personal approach is amazing. The training you get working at Apple will be valuable in your entire career.
Cons
Hard work, sometimes very busy. Customers expectations are through the roof and sometimes downright unrealistic. "You guys are Apple right, why can't you do this or that" answer: because it is physically impossible, but you can't say that. ;)
