Pros

Interview and on-boarding processes were amazing. Generally friendly and helpful co-workers. Employee’s welfare was generous, such as health benefits, wellness center, gym, staff purchase, health checkups and stocks. Company was active in participating in volunteering events. There were also a lot of internal events which employees could join freely. Good culture.

Cons

Unclear career progression. There were some questionable promotions happening among the teams. Team managers were biased towards certain employees, and the situation got rather unfair and obvious when it came to promotion and pay increment. It happened across the hierarchy and it seemed that nobody could do anything about it. Working schedule was too rigid and sometimes unreasonable, up to a point whereby everyone was utilising the 14-day medical leaves as annual leaves. No real bonuses was given. They would distribute the so-called “bonus” in a form of company stocks instead, which is rather deceiving.

Pros

We work with geniuses - in every department, We create innovative products that thrill our customers and create new product categories - who else can say that?

Cons

ZERO ZERO ZERO work/life balance. Execs have been saying for YEARS that they understand and will make it better. But in actuality, it gets worse every year! It is obviously top management LIP SERVICE because if they meant it, they could fix it tomorrow. They have hundreds of BILLIONS in the bank. If they REALLY cared about employee work/life balance, they could bring aboard the right number of folks to make that issue dissolve. Sick of hearing the lies. Just don't lie about wanting to fix it, when they clearly DON'T care
