Pros
Pay is good, used to be better but hasn't kept up well with inflation. Benefits are world-class, stock program is a money machine, and there is a nice 6% match on 401K. The work itself is ok, Apple expects us to help many customers at the same time while delivering the best interaction to each. This can lead to a lot of angry people to deal with all day.
Cons
Management gets all of their direction from market leaders, they do not have agency to operate on their own,
