Pros
- Leader in the beer industry, and one of the largest CPGs in the world - Global presence - Talented workforce - Making a genuine attempt to "disrupt" itself - Lots of positions, likes to move people around
Cons
- Even though it preaches "meritocracy" - to get ahead, you need to get into the "in" crowd... either be Brazilian (no exaggeration), or come out of one of their leadership programs. Otherwise, you're left to wallow away. - Riddled by self-serving politics - Terrible at managing people - people are just another expendable resource
