    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Anheuser-Busch InBev (Lille (France)) in December 2019.

    Interview

    1. Online registration with CV and basic personal information
    2. Culture Fit Online Test (mainly on your corporate values and MBTI type questions): the goal is to see if you have the same vision as the company.
    2. Psycho-technical Online Test (not very difficult)
    3. Online test with mini games to evaluate certain criteria (risk taking, speed of analysis, memory...etc).
    4. Online Interview: 30 seconds of preparation for each question, 2 minutes to answer. Be careful, it goes very fast! Before this step, I advise you to have a good knowledge of the company, the beer sector, and to have prepared the typical interview questions.
    5. Assesement day: takes place at the head office in Leuven, one day with two business games and an individual interview. What is evaluated here are both the soft skills you will demonstrate during the exercises (analysis, synthesis, creativity, communication, strategy...etc), but also your overall attitude (positivity, tenacity, empathy, good humour...etc). No particular preparation for the business games, but prepare the questions for the interview well. Don't be surprised by the rather peculiar format: it's not really an exchange, the questions are ultra-standardised in order to avoid interviewer bias, so they don't bounce off your answers at all. That's normal, dont worry!
    7. Final Panel: 4 senior managers facing 4 candidates and it's a group interview. The questions remain fairly standard, I'll put a few of them below. Have self-confidence, know how to speak but know how to leave it to others, be synthetic and smile.

Please note that all the steps of selection are in English, it is therefore necessary to have a rather good level.

    Interview Questions

    • If you were to meet Carlos Brito Tomorrow, how would you sell yourself ?
What is your biggest failure/achievement ?
Why do you want to work for us ?
How would you react if one of your collegue were to get the promotion you have worked and hoped for ?
How do you feel about ranking ?
In you future job within our company, what innovation would you propose ?
What are your expectations about your future job with us ? What do you think your greatest challenge will be ?
How would you react if after a few weeks on the job you are not meeting any of your objectives ?
.... and many more, but you can already find a lot of classic questions on glass door and there's also a guy on youtube who made a few videos about the full process, the range of questions you can get and what kind of answer is expected. You can find that easily.   1 Answer
