Pros
Flexible work hours. Independent workday. Great industry to work in. .Extremely competitive Industry. Which makes your job more interesting if you are into this. if your young, unattached and willing to relocate when new job opportunities open. Then this is a good job to be in, but don't get comfortable.
Cons
Company is going thru a youth movement. if your of middle age this could be the end of your career. Pay is average at best. In the past this was compensated with great perks ( free Beer, Trips, Parties, bonuses) , but all that has been taken away to increase the bottom line and guarantee top 40 executives share in that big bonus pool.
