Culture - everyone is working in the same direction sharing same values accross the globe Meritocracy - does not matter how long you are in the company, if you prove you can delivery results and in the right way (culturally aligned way) you will grow in the company. It is all up to you, that is the nice thing! Development & Promotions - if you want to boost your carrier and learn about managing teams, go to BSCs. Great environment to do so! People & Atmosphere - I enjoy every day working there!
Cons
Work-life balance - indeed the company is very demanding, often overtimes are necessary but all this is a great school for life, at leat the working one Cost orientation - is part of the culture as well, that one is to be taken into account. There is no point to fight it...
