- Easy to switch roles and verticals within the company - Easy to get promotions and climb up the corporate ladder especially if you come from a management trainee program
Cons
- Upper and middle management lack experience though they have good presentation and oratory skills. Unfortunately good speeches don't help when planning and execution is terrible. - Management lacks wisdom to understand that processes are important. They boast about the ability to work in chaos when they should be fixing the chaos. - Lacks ethics (though they are critical about legal compliances) where vendors don't get paid on time and sometimes not paid at all. - Though they constantly parrot the word DPC (Dream People Culture), the company lacks vision, has terrible inexperienced arrogant people and a culture of show-off without substance. - The processes are so poorly managed that everyone is constantly stressed out, and busy covering their behind while preparing for the blame game that ensues on whatsapp groups. Instead of figuring out what went wrong and fixing, they engage in unhealthy finger pointing games. - Work/Life balance is a joke in this company especially if you are in sales or trade marketing- Weekends is when you have events - so your holidays goes for a toss. Market visits go up till 2am. You are expected to be available 24 7 on calls and on whatsapp groups.
