Very fast growth (if people and management likes you) Top Management is very accessible
Cons
No bonus at end of the year as it is linked to global performance The company is in huge debt and the share prices going down so huge cost pressure The appraisal process is a joke (they fire people at will even when you meet all KPIs) Everyone talks about culture but no one follows it Very unstable company so you always have a risk to be sacked because of structural changes
