Pros
This company has great benefits and allows you to participate in amazing events. Majority of your peers will be personable and hard working. It’s a great resume builder for new grads, but that comes with a price.
Cons
There is zero work life balance. You will work a lot of late nights and weekends. Poor leadership from every direction. Managers are so worried about not getting laid off or fired at all times. This results in them not leading their teams efficiently. Their main focus is putting out fires and hanging out with senior leader ship. To AB INBEV you will be a number not a person. However, performance has little to do with promotions. Raises rarely happen and bonus are now impossible to hit. This is not a company you can retire with. Take the resume building experience and leave.
