Great career opps in FMCG, but culture is fake, endogamic and sexist - Internship Anheuser-Busch InBev Employee Review

Pros

Flexible work, easy to rotate (easier for some), challenging projects, constantly learn new skills on the job, constant cross-area interaction, international trainings and opportunities, best in class in FMCG industrial mgmt, marketing and sales. Fixed salary is OK, and bonus based on performance (personal and company) is juicy, which generates good incentives. Great initiatives in digital mkt, e-commerce, intrapreneurship and all modern trends.

Cons

Not people oriented, not welcoming culture, vulgarity, if you're a woman you'll be exploited and never reach top management, HR sucks and no one takes it seriously, best positions and rotation are for the guys that did the Global Mgmt Trainee program, they are are commoners, a largely endogamic community of gossiping upper-class people that know each other from posh schools, country clubs, holidays, which is an evident factor in recruiting. Some long after work hours are not expected for the industry, this is due to aggresive cost-cutting culture, which is OK, but it has to be monitored.
