Amazing talent and big budget so the marketing team can really work on creating top of class ideas.
Cons
Because of its Brazil DNA, the comapny tends to have a more "boy's club" then most. 95% of the senior talent are men, and there are only a hanfdul of women in the pipeline to taking over those places.
