Pros
GREAT Work Perks, only you must take your retailers out to all of them, no family or friends allowed. Promotions are never frequent unless you can outwork everybody else. You get to keep left over beer.
Cons
There is little work life balance. Most employees can expect to work a MINIMUM of 50 hours a week with many clocking in the 70-90 range and working in unsafe off-premise work environments.
