      Pros

      good to have a union, meet new people, travel the world. flexible schedule 11 days off a month. GREAT BENEFITS.

      Cons

      commuting is another job in itself... no stability unless you live in base. first years are very hard as far as pay.

      People, 401k match, flight benefits

      Cons

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
